In the end, I’d give it 4 stars. I ordered a few parts from rockymountainatvmc.com and the checkout process was straightforward. I paid with PayPal, but I also saw they had regular card options, which is nice to have. Everything went through smoothly and there weren’t any weird issues. My only small complaint is that I wish the final total was a little clearer on the payment screen before you click through.

The product didn’t look exactly like the pictures, so I was a little confused when it showed up?? It still worked fine, but I wish the photos had shown the details more clearly

I swear, they pretty much always have exactly what I’m looking for. Super convenient and makes shopping there really easy.

The steps were clear and actually lined up with what I was seeing on the bike, which doesn’t always happen with install instructions. I still took my time, but there wasn’t much guessing involved, and I didn’t have to do any unnecessary trial and error.

Shipping was fine and everything showed up like it should. Overall I’m happy with the order and would definitely buy from them again.

The site works fine overall, but finding parts by model took me a few tries. The menus feel kind of crowded at times, don’t they? Checkout was actually easier than browsing, so I feel like the main thing that could use some improvement is the navigation.

I’ve grabbed a few things from rockymountainatvmc.com for my dirt bike, everything’s been great so far. The skid plate and levers have taken some ridiculous hits and still look totally fine. Shipping was solid too, but the main thing is the parts don’t feel like cheap junk. I’ll definitely keep ordering from them.

I’d use them again, just make sure you double check your model year before ordering

I mostly use rockymountainatvmc.com for the parts diagrams, they’ve saved me from a lot of guessing. It’s easy to click around, pick the exact section of the bike, and actually see how everything goes together.
I really like that the part numbers are right there too, and I can just add stuff to my cart without bouncing all over the site. Makes working on my bike way less annoying, super handy.

They replied way faster than I expected, actually paid attention to what I wrote, and didn’t give me the usual runaround. The person helping me was friendly but got right to the point, and the whole thing was sorted out easily. Definitely made me feel even better about ordering from them again.
