Where is my order? #16854331. Edited: It took a month to get my order. I've ordered off RockyMountainATV for the past 5 years. First time I've had a complaint. Not sure I fully agree with the representatives comments. I ordered a part from RockyMountainATV on Dec 5 and it was shipped from UTAH. I got it 2 weeks before the other parts ordered on 12-01 that shipped from Kentucky (I live on the east coast). Medication would never be on the same shipments as dirt bike parts. Don't try and blame Covid on shipping issues. USPS handles medication completely separate than all other orders. Medication has to be shipped under controlled conditions.

Rocky Mountain ATV is the easiest company to work with. Their customer service is absolutely impeccable and that says so much these days. Their sales team consists of the nicest people. I will definitely buy from this company time and time again. I love working with and supporting companies that actually put their customers needs first. Thank you RM ATV for restoring my faith in that there are companies out there that do actually value their customers as people and not another number. God bless you all.
